XS Max Reboots every 3 min - Prs0

My XS Max is rebooting every 3 minutes and I get this Prs0 from Panic Log .

I have read multiple threads and everyone is saying different stuff..
One said that If its the Charging port flex cable, you can disconnect that from the board and start phone, If phone works and statys on then it's for sure faulty charge flex....

I did that, but still reboots every 3 minutes..
Next thing is I must have Earpiece disconnected while doing all this.. does this affect in some way?

When i connect earpiece the phone dont start, only with earpiece disconnected...

The main question for me is if i can verify the flex chargeport with my method i descriped ..

Everything is up to date and running latest iOS
