USB Not detecting to pc

When I connect my USB flash drive to my PC, it doesn't show any data. "Please insert a disk into a USB drive (D:)" is the message that appears.

Hi @rajeshgore43720,

Does the USB flash drive work OK when connected to other computers?

I've had this before, when the USB was formatted as a Linux install. Most likely that the drive isn't formatted correctly. In Windows 10 File Explorer, you should be able to right click on the drive and format it to ExFAT for general file use (this will erase what is on it). This could also be happening due to damage to the drive. It would help to know what the drive was used for before this happened.
