Only power bottom working and keyboard and trackpad not working turn on and I use mouse and very slow to open desktop and apps .
Is it maybe from damage battery or something else?

This indicates damage to either the trackpad or trackpad cable. The keyboard data is routed through the trackpad, so any issues with the trackpad would also affect the keyboard.
The trackpad also has thermal sensors that report back to the main logic board. When this communication is disrupted, it will cause throttling of the processor and the fans will run high.
Most often this is caused by liquid damage to the trackpad. In almost all cases, replacing either the trackpad or the cable will fully resolve the issue.

is this issue maybe from the battery, because all the apps and desktop are very slow and the fan inside laptop is very noisy
