Why does my Game Boy show horizontal lines and two of the same picture

Hello! I have a Game Boy with flashing horizontal lines and a double picture. Sometimes the screen won’t even turn on at all. I tried the screen motherboard in a different Game Boy and I still had the same issue. The contrast wheel works perfect, so I am thinking it may be a bad capacitor. I am also going to try reflowing some of the connections to the screen. If it is a capacitor, which one/ones would it be? I added in a picture and video of the problem.

@nintendog909 "I tried the screen motherboard in a different Game Boy" makes it sound like you did not try a different screen on your mother. This looks more like a display issue, but it could very well be a capacitor issue given the age of your GB. If anything, do a total recap. Mixing old and new capacitors will create strain on the circuits and increase failures. If a total recap does not work, replace the display.
