Here's the tech sheet for the washer.
Run the diagnostic tests as shown on p.2 of the guide and check if any error codes are displayed.
On p.3 there's the Fault/Error Code Display Method chart that shows how to interpret the status LEDs to know what the code is.
The fault error code and description for the codes are found on p.6→p.7.
If there is a faulty part that needs replacing, here's a parts list that is useful.
Locate the wanted part in the parts diagrams to find the manufacturer's part number listed with the part. Then search online for the manufacturer's part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.
Hopefully a start to find out what's wrong.
