@mamaleshkh30729 you can't rule out any faulty 3rd part app. Go ahead and try your phone in safe mode first. If all of those issues you've mentioned disappear in safe mode, you pretty much know that this is caused by a bad 3rd party app.
To restart in safe mode:
- Press & hold the Power button.
- Touch & hold Power off. Then touch OK to restart in safe mode.
When it restarts, you'll see Safe mode across the bottom of the home screen, and all widgets and third-party apps will be disabled. - Use your phone and see if the problem has gone away. Remember, you won’t be able to use any downloaded apps.
If the problem goes away:
- To exit safe mode, restart your phone.
- One by one, uninstall recently downloaded apps. After each removal, restart your phone. See whether removing that app solved the problem.
- Once you delete the problematic app, you can restore the other apps you removed during testing.

If none of this works, you may just have to try a factory reset. Remember that this will wipe your phone and you will lose all of your files (pictures, music, text and contacts as well) so use this as a last resort only. Instructions for that can be found on here
