When I tap the back of my DSI console, it turns off

When i tap the back of the dsi console it turns off and it s annoying because i put it in the table and it turns off, i wanted help to know what is happening so i can fix it

Remove the battery cover and make sure the battery is correctly in its little “hole”. Make sure the contacts are clean.

im gonna do it when i get home, however i dont think thats the issue as i already changed the screen andi removed the battery for that, but the issue still continues, im gonna try to clean the contacts and im gonna tell you once i do.
