If you're confident the newly installed logic board is in good condition, then there are a few additional components that could be at fault. It could be due to a faulty battery, charger, power button, charging port, audio board, or display. You'll need to do some more trouble shooting to figure out the cause of the issue. Sometimes the USB-C ports will fail even when their pins look OK, so it might be worth trying to swap that out to make sure if you can do that. Otherwise I would start by trying to power it on with a charger connected and the battery disconnected. If it doesn't power on in that state you can be pretty confident the issue isn't due to a faulty battery but is somewhere else in the system. Good luck!
