Has anyone found any way of restoring Face ID after a screen replaceme

I’ve been looking for a way to restore Face ID on newer iPhones after a screen replacement without paying a fortune to Apple. Has anyone come up with a solution? I’ve also been playing with the i2c MC14 face repair equipment, to no avail.

Usually you don't lose faceID when you make a screen replacement if you take the original proximity sensor and flood illuminator from the original screen and you put it on the new screen.

How do you do your screen replacement?

If the original Face ID components from your original display were not transferred to the new display or if they were damaged during the replacement, it won’t be possible to get Face ID back on your iPhone. However, there are some troubleshooting steps you can try. You can reboot your device by holding the side button and either volume button until the slider appears. Slide it off, wait a moment, and then turn your iPhone back on. If rebooting doesn’t work, navigate to Settings > Face ID & Passcode. Enter your passcode, then tap ‘Reset Face ID.’ After this, set it up again to see if the problem persists.

I hope this helps!
