Is a water damaged iPad fixable?

About a year ago in November, the year 2022, I dropped my iPad Pro in the bathtub, and it got fully submerged underwater. I let the iPad drive for about a day with only a towel, and I did not use rice. I’ve tried recharging it after about a year, but it never turned on. Is there a way that my iPad can be fixed?

To repair a water damaged electronic device, you cut power, disassemble and clean the insides immediately.

Drying it externally won’t help, letting the corrosion sink in for a whole year then trying to charge it is the absolutely wrong thing to do. At this point it may be repairable but probably not worth it and definitely beyond DIY scope.
