The left hinge partially broke off, how can I replace it?

I dropped the laptop within a backpack a while back and a decent-sized chunk of the left hinge broke off, such that the metallic interior could be seen. I used some duck tape as a temporary solution, any advice on how to properly fix this?

I went ahead and added your photo to your question. Yeah, you're right that iFixit doesn't let you add pictures to comments.

(Couldn't figure out how to embed an image to a comment and drive wasn't being agreeable, hence using file.garden, but I digress)

Based on what I can see, if the hinges are working fine, just use some JB plastic bonder and call it a day

@alenortiz The hinge itself still works, yes, but I realize now I did not specify that I had lost the plastic piece that broke off as well- can the plastic bonder be used to "reconstruct" the missing piece via careful layering? Thank you for your help

@name23891 the JB plastic bonder is perfect for that
