@stevene74440 could be an issue with the collector rings.

There are might just be some debris, i.e. corrosion, loose solder joints etc that could cause this. I would suggest you start looking at this. Since we do not see what you see, and going by your description alone, I suggest you take the top of the carousel and check things out. You can always post some pictures of what you are looking at etc. with your Question,. That way we can see what you see. Adding images to an existing question

I am sure there are different variants of the Carousel but check this video to work on it. Time to fix this quickly. Santa is getting ready!
