No and yes. You can't run windows on a Power PC Mac. There's some Virtual PC software from ages back that emulates the x86 processor architecture necessary, but it never really worked well. rab: you can't boot a g4 into windows. This is emulation, not virtualization, anyway.

Virtual PC 7 (I think the last version, company was purchased by m$) did run on PPC machine, however it was win95/ME/XP. It ran stable, but there were some things (particularly games) that didn't run or the hardware peripherals wouldn't be recognized.

Maybe you could find it online (ebay or Craigslist)

You can use software like Paralells to run windows inside mac OS, but windows cannot natively run on a mac, however they can run versions of linux.
