A green line on almost any type of OLED type screen, like the one in your phone, means the screen has some minor damage. It can be repaired with an expensive laser machine if you can find someone who has one. But the more realistic fix is to replace the display altogether.

This occurs due to the alignment of the pixels on the display panel itself. The green pixels are slightly offset from the red and blue ones, so minor damage often manifests this way.
