Screen not turning on after its connectors disconnected after it fell and the tech repair dude forgot the screws for the outside,the glue,the sticker and there is a pressure on the home button,so it doesn’t work and it puts pressure on the screen.

you should take it to a professional or experienced tech, it probably needs new screen as you said it fell. sometimes low quality parts can cause the issue you mentioned.

It sounds like they are trying to figure out how to resolve it without doing so. Which is a reasonable thing. Many phones do not need a professional or experienced tech to repair, but it can be tricky to figure out what the problem is at times without some outside help.
there is a possibility that home button was not installed properly as in case of iphone 7 and 8 series home button should be installed from outside(front of the screen)

I could use some clarification here on the order of events. Let me see if I understand.
The screen doesn't turn on because the device was dropped. You attempted to have it repaired, but it's still not working and the person who did the repair did not reassemble the device as completely as it could have been (some steps were not done).
Also the home button isn't working due to pressure on it, further causing pressure on the screen.
I presume the screen was replaced? Or is this the same screen that was the original issue?
Explain a bit more what you mean about the home button. There's pressure on it? From where? How can you tell?
