@arafat12842 what chip? Your SIM card? Have you made sure with your service provider that you have a proper SIM card? Have you tried a different card?

Do you know anyone else who has a mobile phone that uses the same mobile phone service provider as is used by your phone?
If so ask them if they have the same symbol on their phone.
It means that the service provider's network is off the air i.e. not working.
If their phone is OK then there's a problem with your phone not detecting any mobile network signals at all.
