Apparently I need 4 inserts for the front tire and I have three. The front wheel slips and the trike won’t work. Where could I get the missing one insert.

You can purchase 2 from here (scroll down to Item # J4) but I suggest that you contact Big Wheel at the email address at the bottom of the page in the link and say that one was missing when you bought it and ask if they could send you one. It never hurts to ask ;-)
