@lindabeatr57821 you could try and see if McKesson sells them or can guide you to one of their supplier. Give their Help Desk a call at Help Desk 800.422.0280 Of course, you can also check places like this for replacements.
Now, what I would do, is to visit a good bicycle repair shop. You'd be amazed what they can do and how much they can help you out. I am also convinced that the cost will be considerably lesser than the OEM parts. "Medical supplies" are expensive ;-)
