My pc wont turn on
Whenever I plug the power cable, the power light shows but it doesn't respond when I press the power button

Unfortunately, you are going to have to open it up to solve this problem. I can't find service info, so without a schematic, it is hunt and peck to find the issue. That is probably more than you are capable of. Time for a trip to a service shop.
