I'm getting vertical lines on my 7000 series tv as well. Sometimes I get a perfect screen; Sometimes it's just lines. Everything seems to be working. I can't figure this out. Were you able to fix your tv?

@trevorsmit92803 what is the exact model number for your TV. Usually, if the T-con board has failed, it has failed. It will help if you post some good, clear and large pictures of that T-con board with your Question. That way we can see what you see and hopefully find a few test points so you can check the T-Con board. Of course, you will need a multimeter for that. Adding images to an existing question
