I'm trying to re-ball the Touch IC of an Iphone 11. Do you think its easier to reball with solder balls than with solder paste?

just replace the ic with a preballed ic, unless you have a donor ic that you can reball its not worth the hassle, also have you checked that the issue is not caused by board separation
