The screen flickers on the right hand side during boot up and when you move the hinge it changes the flicker.
No damages or drops to speak of. I have a video if I can find a way to upload it to ifixit's website.

Create an fresh answer, then locate the tool icon at the far right looks like a picture of a hill and a dot of a sun☺️
Click on it in the top left the Upload Media button to add it to your collection of files. Now double click on it so the link is created where the text I beam is located in the answer field. Last step is to save it at which point the dialog will ask you if you want to update your question, click yes and then preview and save the updated question!

My laptop had the exact same problem. I bought a new screen from iFixit and followed their instructions to repair it. It now works perfectly. It is almost impossible to fix the screen part itself on your own, so buying a replacement screen and repairing it is best.
