Crushed ice only dispensing even though cube is selected

I watched Nel utube video about the solenoid needing to move up and down freely. Mine was stuck and frozen in the down position. I used hair dryer the thaw out ..worked perfectly 1 time. I checked and it is stuck again so back to crushed only. We only use cubed almost exclusively.

How can we fix this
