No wireless connection on Xbox one s controller

I have a Xbox one s controller that doesn't connect wirelessly, only works with cable. Have updated controller and also reset. Any ideas?

I highly recommend taking a look at the Wireless Controller Won't Connect Troubleshooting page, but I can suggest attempting to replace the batteries and see if that fixes the issue.
