Phone is to Cold Error Message After Battery Replacement

Hello, I replaced a customer's battery a couple of weeks ago and they are having an issue where it says the phone is too cold to work she said this only has happened since she got the battery replaced but she is at a hockey game but it didn't before is there something I could have damaged is the wireless charge connected to temp at all?
