According to the driver list for the laptop, (click on visit list > Category > Modem/Communications (4), there is a Dell Wireless 5811e and QualcommSnapdragon X7 LTE mobile broadband firmware and GNSS driver available, so you could try using the WWAN card that the driver was meant for. (supplier examples only)
