90 Integra GS cluster troubleshooting
My gas gauge, speedometer, radio, power windows, turn signals and clock are not working all fuses are good. Not sure where the ground is or any relays I should check or can it be a wiring issue?

Just verifying that you also checked fuses #30 and #32 in the engine bay fuse box?
