Here's the service manual taken from this support webpage for the laptop that will help.

Go to p.50 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove/replace the display assembly.

On p.51 it shows the hinges. You need to check whether there's a problem on the lid side of the hinge or the base side of the hinge as sometimes the hinges themselves may be OK but they may have either come loose from one side or perhaps the hinge screw mount may be broken, which would require either a new lid or base assembly
