Do I have to change the display?

My samsung galaxy a7 fall in waer bucket but was quickly removed and dried for 2days .it was working when switched on but was having some light black patches after some days it covered the whole screen.now visibility is very dull

Any remedies to increase visibility or can the background changed to while so that WhatsApp messages can be read?

Sudhirr, I changed your answer to a separate question, but it appears Samsung actually makes four different models of the A7 and they seem to be differentiated by the year. Do you have the 2015, 2016, 2017 or 2018 model?
