If i want to fix it myself do i only change the display screen or the screen with the frame?

They 114 with the frame u need the whole part bc it’s harder to replace if you trying to just replace the screen only it’s a lot easier to replace the whole front part besides the screen bc there’s more glue and all that so this is the best way n you save more money also

And when shopping for a screen don’t never get the lcd always get the oled that’s the cheapest one I can find
