Broken headphone slider/adjuster

The slider on one side of the headphones is loose and doesn't lock. Upon further inspection, it appears a small bent brass component is out of place. Is there any way to fix this?

Figuring out how to take it apart to get at it is the first problem.

2nd problem would be figuring out how to re-bend the part, if that is all it is.

3nd problem is figuring out how to put it back together.

If there is a broken plastic part in it, you will need a CAD program and a 3D printer to reproduce it, assuming it is big enough to print and isn't broken too bad.
