I have a Frigidaire "Gallery" but the model number is FGHB2868TF7. I don't see that model listed but this is close. Mine has a ice maker which the description here says it doesn't. Where can I find information on my Frigidaire?

It's not unusual for iFixit to be missing one particular model of any given device or appliance, so generally getting as close as you can and making sure to list your actual model number in your question is the right way to go.
That being said, what kind of information are you looking for regarding your refrigerator? Reliable Parts in Canada has a parts list and parts diagrams for it.
