Screen is getting power but not displaying any information

My screen is getting power but won’t display any information it’s on but completely grey. My view finder works when I do a hard reset and then it will take photos but still no screen

@kylelodge grey usually means that the backlight works, just not the LCD. The backlight and the LCD are a different circuit. I would check the ribbon cables from the LCD for any tears, corrosion, etc. If all of those look okay, you may just have to replace the LCD.
