Why is my phone screen suddenly blacked and sometime
my phone is all fine for till it shows green line. but thats not the big of a deal. but suddenly my phone starts to black out. luckily i can access it with samsung dex and the touch screen seems fine. for sometime. and very rarely. the screen would come back to normal but only a few second. and starts blacking out. the phone black out only shows 1 green. thats how i knew its turned on or not. would like to hear your answer. [the screen was never cracked but only for 1 time it was dropped. it had no damage.
