Here's the tech sheet for the washer.
Run the diagnostics as shown on p.2 and check if any error codes are displayed. There's a chart on p.3 that shows how to interpret the status LEDs to know what code it is.
Just wondering if it is a shifter problem (possible error code F7 E5) or perhaps a basket speed fault (F7 E1)
The error codes description and possible fault causes are described on p.6→p.7 of the sheet.
If you find the problem and it is a faulty component here's a parts supplier that is useful.
Scroll through the parts diagrams to find the faulty part and then once found it will show the manufacturer's part number for the part. Search online using the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.
