How to replace radiator drain petcock valve
drain valve wont turn open and needs to be replaced. How to get old one out and install new valve

Those valve are generally one piece and soldered into the radiator. If you are lucky, there may be a not on it and you can remove the valve itself and replace it. Not likely.

2003 std 5.7 base coupe with 1/4 turn white plastic valve which a sq driver just spins and valve does not open or come outwards. I have done it before OK a few years ago.

Not sure if access is easy but can you use a pair of multigrips and try pulling the drain cock out as you're turning it?
