FaceTime Microphone, Voice Memo, and Speaker Phone Mic Not Working

I changed the battery in my XR. Everything seems to be working except the microphone for FaceTime, Voice Memo and SpeakerPhone. I thought I connected everything. Any suggestions? Am I going to have to replace the lightning connector assembly?
