My mobile networks are no longer available

A week after replacing battery (ifixit) and immediately after the Android 14 update, my mobile networks can't connect. The SIMS are fine, and work in other devices. The Pixel 6 Pro knows a Sim is there, even knows the carrier, but cannot connect to any networks.

Suggestions?
