Water dispenser isn't working

My Samsung Bespoke fridge will auto-fill the pitcher, and it will make ice, but will not dispense water. I have checked the water line and the filter, and both are fine. I assume the water line isn't frozen because the pitcher and ice still work fine. I'm having a hard time finding a diagram for how and what to repair.

Update (10/24/23)

FIXED: I had a repair person out and he told me that they way he fixed it was to disassemble the valve and reassemble it. He figures there is an air bubble that gets inside and the only way to get it out is to disassemble the valve. He said mine was the third one that had the same issue, and it's been the fix every time.

Given that the Bespoke range was only released in the first quarter of 2023, it's no wonder that you can't find any service information online yet. It's too new.

If you have been the only owner of the refrigerator since new, contact the Samsung Customer service section in your location and get it fixed under warranty.

Service has been an issue because the repair places in my area don't service Samsung appliances, and the places that do are further away and I haven't had any luck getting them to actually show up. I've talked to Samsung customer service almost daily since this issue, and have yet to have any solid support, so I was hoping to fix it myself. I bought it from Lowe's, and their response was to send a new one, but it was a big hassle getting it into my house to begin with, so I would much rather have someone come out to fix it. I'm going to keep trying.

I have a bespoke 4 door unit with beverage center that dispenser always stop working but pitcher and ice work fine. After Samsung tech replace circuit board in back of fridge, then the whole beverage center, water filter housing and filter after returning for each part it work for two weeks and stop dispensing water, but pitcher work fine. Root cause is connection housing (big white block full of wires) on top of left door with time it lifts up and causes dispenser not to work. Remove cover put a foam piece on top ie: foam corner table protector for babies and put cover back on work instantly.
