I have a bespoke 4 door unit with beverage center that dispenser always stop working but pitcher and ice work fine. After Samsung tech replace circuit board in back of fridge, then the whole beverage center, water filter housing and filter after returning for each part it work for two weeks and stop dispensing water, but pitcher work fine. Root cause is connection housing (big white block full of wires) on top of left door with time it lifts up and causes dispenser not to work. Remove cover put a foam piece on top ie: foam corner table protector for babies and put cover back on work instantly.
