If your front-loader automatic washing machine is not properly draining or using liquid soap, there could be several reasons for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps to consider:

1. Check the Dispenser Drawer: Ensure that the soap dispenser drawer is clean and not clogged. Remove the drawer, clean it thoroughly, and check for any blockages in the detergent compartments.

2. Use the Correct Amount: Make sure you're using the correct amount of liquid soap. Using too much soap can lead to excessive suds, which might prevent the machine from using it effectively.

3. Dilute the Soap: If you suspect that the liquid soap is too thick, you can try diluting it with a little water before adding it to the dispenser. This can help it flow more easily.

4. Dispenser Mechanism: Check if the soap dispenser mechanism is functioning properly. It should release the soap at the appropriate time during the washing cycle. If it's not working, it may need cleaning or replacement.

5. Clogged Hoses or Filters: Check the hoses and filters in your washing machine for any clogs. A clog in the detergent delivery system could prevent the soap from being dispensed.

6. Cycle Selection: Make sure you're using the correct cycle on your washing machine. Some cycles may not dispense soap until a specific point in the cycle.

7. Consult the Manual: Refer to your washing machine's user manual for specific instructions on using liquid soap and troubleshooting detergent-related issues.

8. Water Pressure: Ensure that your water supply has adequate pressure. Low water pressure can affect the proper distribution of detergent.

9. Call Customer Support: If the issue persists and you've tried these steps, it's advisable to contact the manufacturer's customer support or a professional appliance repair technician to diagnose and fix the problem.

It's essential to address this issue promptly, as a buildup of undispensed detergent can affect the performance of your washing machine and the cleanliness of your laundry.
