cycling to a blue screen and then off every second

I have been having issues with my Samsung Tv doing similar things. I have a Model: BE70T-H. It was cycling to a blue screen and then off every second. I saw a tape fix for the ribbon cable so I tried it and it now my Tv will turn on to a blue screen but and has a voice command that plays but I am unable to switch input or anything. I am unsure what to do next

@austyncummings have you checked anything else before doing a Tape-off?

@austyncummings you need to remove your tape off. Tehn remove one ribbon cable, try it and then the other cable and try it. Let us know if there is a difference.

So my Tv only has one ribbon cable. When I remove the ribbon cable the tv screen is blue and has a the voice command that says " To access accessibility settings press and hold the mute button".

So as an overview, when the ribbon cable is attached without tape the tv cycles from a blue screen to off , when I have tape on the ribbon cable the tv has a blue screen and voice command. When I disconnect the ribbon cable the Tv has a blue screen and a voice command.
