So one of the three camera lens have a crack but it’s on the plastic protector, not the actual camera lens is this possible to replace ? Because camera works fine nothing shows up in photos/camera when using it

Can you share a photo of the damage? iPhone 12 Pro Max does not have plastic on the cameras or back glass so I’m a little confused as to what you mean.
As to if I can be replaced, almost certainly. Whether or not it’s easy to do depends on the damage and part.

I hope it’s not the lens. This model has three cameras so there are three lenses (not counting the flash and LiDAR). If you use the zoom to zoom in or out, it will switch cameras. You may not see any issue with photos on the main camera, but zooming might reveal issues on those photos instead.

So you have some sort of lens protector? No recent iPhone has a plastic lens.
