Why my phone is so stuck when internet is connected

Try starting the phone in safe mode and then use WiFi or data and check if it works OK.

If it does, what may be happening is that when you're using the phone in normal mode, apps may be downloading in the background unbeknownst to you, slowing the system down and possibly causing it to hang.

Go to the Data Saver and Mobile data only apps sections on p.64 & p.65 of the user manual to view how you can control what apps connect to the internet when you want them to, not when they want to.
