How can I print off pictures that are only on my watch?

My watch was connected to an old phone & for some reason, tons of pictures are on my G3 that I REALLY NEED & can't find anywhere except on my watch. How can I print them off & not risk deleting them? Have not tried anything due to being scared of them getting deleted some how. Please help me with this extremely important task!! Thank you in advance ☺️
