I have no spark and no fuel pump prime

1989-1993 Acura Integra

The second generation Integra was introduced in April 1989 and in this generation, one of the first VTEC engines ever manufactured by Honda was installed in a JDM Integra DA series.

I have no spark and no fuel pump prime

Car had bad wiring before and figuring it all out. Main relay was tested= good, fuses were tested= good, fuel pump was tested=good, the distributor is brand new along with the spark plugs and wires. Grounds are good to the battery terminal/transmission , thermostat housing, and valve cover. Car dash lights come on and car cranks. Check engine light stays on, I get no codes thrown when tried to flash for codes.
