Looks to me like your audio is not being found. You could always try the Windows troubleshooter first. Right-click on the Speaker/Headphone icon . Then select troubleshoot sound problems. That should start the troubleshooting process. LEt us know what it finds.
Depending on your version Windows, you may also want to go and check to see if your audio is enabled/disabled in your device manager.
If all of that looks okay, I would update the audio driver. Check on here for that.
Remember, Toshiba is a crazy company, like Apple only worse. They are really, really paranoid and secretive. Do not expect any help from that company.

@hajijawaro are you using Windows on this computer? which version? Have you checked under device manager what it tells you about your Sounds output etc? Has it ever worked for you? Did it have Sound before? Anything happened to it?
