I’m sorry to hear that your Samsung Galaxy S7 is not turning on. It sounds like you are in the emergency recovery mode, which allows you to update the software using a PC and the Samsung Smart Switch application. Here are the steps you need to follow:

  • Download and install the Smart Switch program on your PC and launch it. You can find it here: [Smart Switch].
  • Connect your phone to the PC with a microUSB cable and select the transfer media files option on the phone.
  • Click the update button on the Smart Switch program and follow the instructions to download and install the update.
  • Wait for the phone to reboot into download mode and transfer the update data from the PC to the phone.
  • Wait for the phone to reboot again and apply the update.
  • Wait for the phone to optimize the apps and boot back up.

This video shows how to manually update the Galaxy S7 using Smart Switch: How to Manually Update the Galaxy S7.

I hope this helps you fix your phone. If you have any other questions, please let me know. 😊
