@abushluiz maybe you forgot to activate your eSim. Go to navigate to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager and here you do select your providers mobile plan. If you have a QR code from your service provider, scan it to complete the process.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand your question. Do you mean why your Samsung Galaxy S20+ does not have an eSIM? If so, the answer may depend on where you bought your device and which carrier you use.
According to the information I found, the Samsung Galaxy S20+ has an eSIM when purchased from participating retailers and operators around the world¹. It can be activated with an eSIM plan from participating mobile network providers in your area, or from eSIM.net¹. However, the eSIM availability and functionality may vary depending on country, carrier, and model¹.
An eSIM is a small electronic chip inside a phone that serves the same function as the small plastic SIM cards we've used for years³. It can give you some benefits, such as being able to switch between carriers easily, having two phone numbers on one phone, and saving space inside your phone³.
I hope this helps you understand more about the Samsung Galaxy S20+ and eSIM. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me. 😊
