@manojsajjan could be a bad mainboard, bad lvds cables, bad driver boards and a few other things. We will need to see what this looks like. Post some pictures of what the screen shows. then remove the back cover form your TV and take some clear, large pictures of your boards and the cables. Post those pictures with your Question so we can see what you see.
Right now, going by your description, this sounds like an issue with the ribbon cable from the driver board to the panel.
